Shipping
Shipping is currently only within the continental U.S. Customer will cover the cost of shipping returned items.
Zultra Wave is currently a small team. Despite this we work diligently to get you orders out as fast as possible.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 days
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. If you have any questions about tracking or your order, contact us at info@zultrawave.com
Returns
We offer returns for STORE CREDIT on items unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tag intact within 30 days of purchase. Customer will cover the cost of shipping returned items.
Orders must be returned in original packaging.
Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Allow up to 5 business days after us receiving the returned items to process the return and issue store credit.
We reserve the right to deny returns store credit if criteria is not met.
